What Is Included Over The 21 Days

You have full access to our timetable, with 10 small group PT sessions available throughout most hours from 6 am to 8 pm. Additionally, enjoy unlimited classes and gym access, ensuring you can participate, train, and achieve your fitness goals at your convenience. All this alongside our expert nutrition coaching and guidance

What If I Have Never Trained Before Or Haven't For A Long Time?

Our mission is simple: to help people like you who might feel a bit unsure or out of place in the gym. We get it – starting out can be daunting. That’s why our sessions are designed to meet you where you’re at, no matter your fitness level. With the support of our coaches, you’ll learn everything you need to build confidence, make real progress, and feel right at home in the gym.

What If I Have An Injury?

Your first session is all about getting to know you and how you move. We’ll walk you through the main exercises we use, taking the time to check for any injuries or areas that might need a little extra care. Don’t worry if you’ve got something bothering you – most of our members come in with some kind of issue, whether it’s knees, hips, shoulders, or something else. We’re pros at working around injuries, so nothing will hold you back from getting results.

How Long Are The Sessions?

We understand that time is precious, so we make sure you get a lot of bang for your buck in the sessions, covering everything you need in 45-50 minutes. Additionally, if you’ve got more time, you can stop back and use the gym to burn a few extra calories.

Can I Get A Shower?

You Certainly Can, We have Plenty Of Self Contained Showers, Dyson Hair Dryers & GHD Straighteners So You Can Get A Workout Then Head To Work Or For A Night On The Town
